Thai Chicken and Veg Soup (GF, C)

A variation on Angela’s chicken broth soup – Asian style veggies flash fried with garlic, ginger, chilli and a dash of tamari. Make it a heartier main by adding some cooked rice noodles. Delicious served with sprouted brown bread and Somerset butter.

Remove sleeve and using a sharp knife cut film off. Place the soup into a saucepan and reheat until boiling and piping hot. Serve immediately with your chosen accompaniments.
Cooking appliances vary so these instructions act as a guide. Thin with water if you have forgotten to keep an eye on it whilst reheating
