Return & Refund Policy
We, at Something for Supper, are committed to producing a high-quality product which we trust our clients will enjoy. We will do our utmost to iron out any problems or accommodate any suggestions.
As we sell perishable foods, we ask that you inspect the delivery immediately upon arrival and check to see that everything is received in good order. If you are unhappy with any of our products, where there are any defects or delivery damage, please contact us immediately, by emailing [email protected] or by phoning 01749 813082 with the order number on the package.
Please send us a photograph of the damaged or defective goods so that we can see the damage clearly. This will help us to improve our packaging, or redress similar defects in future. We shall be happy to replace or refund any item that do not meet our quality standards.
If we have sent you an incorrect product and you wish to have it replaced with what was ordered, please let us know immediately so that we can send you the correct item. We will not charge you any delivery for a replacement where we are at fault.
