Chunky Potato Wedges (GF, VG, V)

In my home they replace frozen chips which are coated in gluten and sunflower oil, both of which are not ideal. They are easy and quick to bake. Ideal to serve with our Free Range Chicken Schnitzel or indeed on their own.

Cover and film off. 10 minutes in preheated oven to 180C to crisp – serve immediately If there is lots in the oven it may need longer. Cooking temperatures vary. and fancy ovens do things quicker, so check it from time to time. Ensure the product is thoroughly heated before eating. Don’t microwave this dish – it wont be nice.
