Tomato and Roasted Red Pepper Soup (GF, C)

Sustainably grown wild garden tomatoes are the most incredible tomatoes in Somerset and we get to buy the glut and turn it into this sensational soup. Comforting, nourishing and hearty, children and adults alike practically lick the bowls clean. Make this a main meal with a pinch of chilli in the soup, a local cheeseboard and sprouted Sprouted Brown Bread and Somerset butter.

Remove sleeve and using a sharp knife cut film off. Place the soup into a saucepan and reheat until boiling and piping hot. Serve immediately with your chosen accompaniments. Cooking appliances vary so these instructions act as a guide. Thin with water if you have forgotten to keep an eye on it whilst reheating
